One of our multinational media giants is looking for cover engineers who can work as replacement engineers for Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support Engineer.
The ideal candidate would be someone with following: Highly professional and punctual and available at short notice for a contract role to cover an engineer who might be ill or on a holiday on that particular day. The period of notice would be usually a few days before or even on that particular day. So please ensure that if you are signing up you are able to meet these criteria.
Previous in-depth experience of a broad-based technical IT Service Desk Analyst role
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and products
Good communication skills and an analytical approach to problems, coupled with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Broad-based technical IT Service Desk role and knowledge of a call logging systems like Os tickets, Remedy or any Ticketing software.
Able to work in shifts
Job Type: Contract
Salary: £80.00- £120 /day based on Experience
